Saffacast

My groups podcast was on the design culture in South Africa. I myself am South African aswell as another one of my groupmates Conor and we both still learned a lot we didn't know about the design history of our own country.

Our group dove into the history and creations the beautiful and wild country had to offer and discovered that some major designs and creations came to fruition there that have influenced the world in many ways.

We each chose an object or area of design we didnt know about or were heavily interested in and learned all about it. when it came time to the podcast we all had our pieces with us and had a seamless conversation between us in Colm's studio.

We each learned a lot from each other and were even able to have our own input or connection to the material being presented. Colm Did a fantastic job with the editing and the podcast itself i felt was very casual and calm yet really informative and engaging.
